As a mum of 2 kids, I found I didn't recognise myself during my postpartum period. I didn't feel comfortable in my body and I certainly didn't feel strong. I suffered with postpartum depression, sleep deprivation, whilst raising a newborn during Covid lockdowns. As a result, I found myself emotionally eating and feeling increasingly uncomfortable within myself.
I had already been following Nikki Gundy for some time on social media, and when I saw she had launched her OnTrack Coaching it really stood out for me. I joined her 40Fit fitness and fatloss challenge twice and loved the experience and education provided. It resonated with me so much that I decided to do Nikki's Accountability Coach CPD accredited course, to become a qualified Accountability Coach myself.
The OnTrack method offers a judgement free, positive, supportive environment. It helps you set and pursue your personal fitness and fat loss goals, breaking them down into an actionable plan. There are multiple check ins throughout the day to hold you accountable to your goals and help you navigate any wobbles or doubts.
